David is an experienced infrastructure asset management professional having worked in both public and private agencies delivering strategic, tactical and operational asset management services over the past 20 years. David has worked in range of senior executive strategic asset management roles in Queensland, Victoria and New South Wales where he was responsible for implementing whole of organisation asset management policies, strategies, asset management plans, supporting operational processes and the implementation of asset information management systems. David’s qualifications in Infrastructure Engineering and Management, certifications as an ISO 50001 Asset Management Assessor (CAMA) and Practitioner in Asset Management (CPAM) combined with extensive practical experience allow him to proficiently assist organisations to implement strategic asset management practices across the entire asset framework
