Adam has over 30 years’ experience and is passionate about supporting communities through infrastructure delivery and services. He is a strong advocate for the use of pragmatic asset management principles and practices for the benefit of the customers that the infrastructure serves.

Adam’s career has included developing national guidelines on asset management within New Zealand, and the development of procurement models blending asset management and delivery to provide value for money outcomes. Adam is leading the Road Efficiency Group’s Competency Project, a national cross-sector initiative on capability and capacity for transport including asset management, engineering and delivery.
