Ir. Ts. Dr. Mohamad Adzizulrohim Abd Malek
Ir. Ts. Dr. Mohamad Adzizulrohim Abd Malek is a Senior Mechanical Engineer with the Public Works Department (JKR) Malaysia and serves as the department’s subject matter expert in Asset Management, Facilities Management, Life Cycle Costing (LCC), and Total Asset Management.
He began his career with Alam Flora–DRB Hicom in January 2003 and, since 2006, has served in various government ministries and departments including JKR (Headquarters and State Offices), the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Higher Education, and the Ministry of Finance.
With over 14 years of teaching and professional training experience, Dr. Adzizul has been actively involved in developing and delivering technical briefings and professional courses on the Government Asset Management Policy (DPAK), the Total Asset Management Manual (MPAM), and related topics such as LCC and comprehensive asset management practices.
He holds a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM), a Master in Engineering Management from Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM), and a PhD in Asset and Facilities Management from Universiti Malaya (UM). His professional credentials include Professional Engineer with Practising Certificate (PEPC C1 14000), ASEAN Chartered Professional Engineer (ACPE No. 02784), Member of the Institution of Engineers Malaysia (IEM No. 121848), HRDC Accredited Trainer (No. 21536), and Certified Facility Management Manager (Level 5).
