Biography
Rebecca Keppel-Jones is the Chief Member Operations Officer at CPA Australia where she has responsibility for the operations of our divisional offices which includes member services, events, local professional development and business development, as well as membership admissions, member administration and migration assessment services. Rebecca also has responsibility for the Service Delivery Centre, which includes both our inbound and outbound contact centre based in Australia and Malaysia.
Rebecca previously served as Interim Chief Learning and Innovation Officer and Executive General Manager of Professional Standards and Business Support. In these roles, she gained experience overseeing learning and content development, including the CPA Program and CPD, professional standards and public practice.
Rebecca is passionate about diversity and inclusion, having founded the Families@ network at CPA Australia, as well as the Yarra Network, an employee-led network in Melbourne focused on diversity related issues
Prior to working at CPA Australia, Rebecca spent more than 15 years working in public practice across multiple technical areas, including insolvency, forensics and management consulting. During this time, Rebecca has worked in the UK, Canada and Australia to build up a truly global view of the business world. Rebecca is a Fellow of CPA Australia, a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, and has a Bachelor of Commerce and a Bachelor of Laws (with Honours) from Monash University.
