Biography
Christo Karuna received his Ph.D. in accounting from the University of Michigan. He has taught at leading universities worldwide and has received accolades for his teaching and research. Christo’s research interests lie broadly in organisational culture and governance. He is Director of Programs in the Department of Accounting and the founder director of the International Consortium for Values-based Governance (ICVG), based at Monash University. He has published in leading academic journals and has presented at leading universities worldwide. Christo serves as Ad hoc Editor at Management Accounting Research, part-time Editor at Accounting Horizons and on the editorial board at the Journal of International Accounting Research. He is also Associate Editor (Family Medicine and Primary Care Section) of the Frontiers in Medicine. Christo has worked for KPMG, Telstra, and Ferrier Hodgson & Co. in audit, corporate insolvency, and investment banking.
