Lufi is an Accounting PhD candidate and academic tutor in the Department of Accounting and Finance at the UWA Business School. Her research focuses on management control in flexible work arrangements using experimental methods.

Lufi is a Chartered Accountant (CA), certified by the Institute of Indonesia Chartered Accountants, and a Certified Professional Management Accountant (CPMA) through the Indonesia Institute of Management Accountants. Additionally, she serves as an Accounting lecturer at Universitas Hayam Wuruk Perbanas, Indonesia.

Beyond her formal academic work, Lufi is a blogger who shares her academic and non-academic experiences on her blog and social media.
