Clinton Free is a Professor in the Discipline of Accounting, Governance and Regulation at the University of Sydney Business School. He is a recognised authority in the areas of management accounting, white-collar crime, public accountability and corporate governance. He has published very widely in leading international academic journals including The Accounting Review, Contemporary Accounting Research and Accounting, Organizations & Society and presented at, as well as organized, a variety of international conferences. Beyond academic publications, he has featured in major true white-collar crime podcasts including The Sure Thing (with The Australian Financial Review) and Who the Hell is Hamish? (with The Australian).
