Christo is a Senior Lecturer and Director of Assurance of Learning at the Waikato Management School, University of Waikato NZ.
My original research focuses on internal audit effectiveness and its proper functioning in public sector organisations. Recently, I have developed a particular interest in accounting education, specifically leadership for learning in professional practice and its implications for capability development in early career accounting professionals.
