Xirui Chen is a Mcom student in the Department of Accounting at Monash University, Australia. He holds a B.A. in Accounting, a B.F. in Finance from Hunan University of Technology and Business, as well as a M.A. in Accounting from Monash University. Before stepping into academia, Xirui had industry experience in auditing at a top 8 auditing firm in China, as well as in financial accounting roles at listed companies in China and Fortune 500 companies. His research is in the areas of investors judgment, auditor judgment decision-making.
