Biography
Chao-Jung Chen received her Ph.D. in Accounting from National Chengchi University and currently serves as a professor in the Department of Accounting at National Pingtung University, Taiwan. Her teaching areas include Management Accounting, Seminaries on Statements of Financial Accounting Standards and EDP Auditing. Dr. Chen’s areas of research interest are corporate governance、CEO compensation and earnings management.
