Author Biography: Tran Thanh Tung
Mr. Tran Thanh Tung is currently a PhD candidate in Business Administration at the University of Economics Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. At present, he also serves as a Specialist at the Institute of Distance Education and Joint Training, Hung Vuong University. Previously, he earned his Bachelor's degree in Commercial Economics (1980) and his Master of Business Administration (2002), both from the University of Economics Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
Drawing on his extensive practical management experience, he has held various key leadership roles, such as Director of the Vinh Long Export Garment Enterprise, Rector of Vinh Long Community College, and Advisor to the Rector at Cuu Long University. His core scientific research focuses on training solutions, human resource utilization, and development strategies in higher education.
