I am an Associate Professor in the Department of Accounting at National Chengchi University. I received my Ph.D. in Accounting from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University in 2018. My research centers on corporate tax planning and information disclosure. I also work on topics spanning ESG, director networks, shareholder litigation, and corporate finance issues including M&A, innovation, and cash holdings. My work has been published in journals such as Contemporary Accounting Research, The International Journal of Accounting, Pacific-Basin Finance Journal, and Review of Quantitative Finance and Accounting.
