Pamela Kent (PhD) is a Professor of Accounting at Queensland University of Technology. She has won numerous awards for teaching and research and has a track record of high-quality research published in internationally refereed journals. Some of these journals include Auditing: A Journal of Practice and Theory; Accounting, Accountability and Auditing Journal, Journal of Accounting and Public Policy, Journal of Accounting Literature, Australian Tax Forum, Accounting and Finance, International Journal of Auditing, Abacus, Australian Journal of Management, Journal of International Accounting Research, and Accounting and Business Research. She is a member of CPA Australia, American Accounting Association, Accounting and Finance Association of Australia and New Zealand and European Accounting Association. She has extensive experience in course development and the accounting profession in many roles.
